"Die alevitische Glaubenslehre ist ein Weg zur Vervollkommnung des Menschen. [...] Hölle oder Paradies existieren nicht. [...] Die Aleviten glauben an die Seelenwanderung, sagt Ercan Yıldız." English: "The Alevi faith doctrine is a way to the perfection of man. [...] Hell or Paradise do not exist. [...] The Alevis believe in transmigration of souls, says Ercan Yıldız." I don't know any source which says different concerning Alevi afterlife beliefs, so I thought this information could improve the article. --Mungo68b (talk) 00:08, 6 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Kizilbashism and "Teachings of" infobox section

"Anatolian alevism" is really an artificial, exogenous academic term, thats generally not used outside of acaedmia; some sources in the article opt for "kizilbashism", which is in fact a common colloquial term that is actually in use, I think its preferable. Another thing is that the "Teachings of" section in the Infobox is incomplete: at the very least, the figues mentioned in the citations of this very article should be mentioned.

That's about it, I made a more in-detail post about these topics, with the specific citations themselves, but when I posted it, it didn't show up, it wasn't deleted, it just didn't show up, maybe a bug you guys should look into. 2A01:C22:8511:8600:B554:691:4421:CD38 (talk) 18:52, 4 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Christianity

Forbes says Alevi is a mystical belief that is rooted in Islam and Sufism with some traditions of Christianity and Shamanism. citing BBC's news, which is nonsense. The narrator uses only "prophet Jesus". Of course this has nothing to do with Christianity but Islamic prophet Isa. Second source says it's a claim, not fact. This has no place on the lead, which is factually incorrect. Beshogur (talk) 15:51, 16 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
