Cleanup templates

As this is a

biography of a living person
it should have inline citations rather than just end-of-the-article references.

Also, the tone is a bit stilted and needs to be modified to comply with Wikipedia's

Remove the "clear" template

Another editor inserted multiple blank lines above the references section, presumably to prevent the image of the book from "flowing" into that section and the items that are below it. I removed them and replaced them with {{clear}}.

Standard Wikipedia practice is to let text flow around images even into sections that follow. The "clear" template can be used when this flow would lead to confusion. In this particular case, there will be no confusion, so the "clear" template is not needed.
