We are going to incorporate specifics of the plan. Currently, the page provides little to no information about the specifics of the scheme nor implementation. We are going to add the specific details of the plan as well as current stage in implementation. The scheme has been approved, and is set to start in July 2017. We will add information about the influence of prior plans, like in the EU and California, on this carbon trading scheme, as well as economic analysis of the effect on the carbon market. In this economic analysis, we will examine which companies stand to benefit from this carbon trading scheme as well as other economic effects. We will also examine the difficulties in implementation, such as standardizing emission output measurement, and analyze other problems in implementation. We will also add information about plans for future improvement and modification of the policy. We will use the following references:

I think your plan is good. However, it is not clear what you mean by "add specific details of the plan". What details will you add to the article? Why are these details important?

I think talking about the influence of prior plans is a good idea. I recommend emphasizing how China's plan intends to improve on the plans in EU and California.

The rest of your plan sounds very good. I think the plan for your economic analysis is well-focused and would add a lot to the article.

Overall, I'd say you're off to a good start. The most important thing I recommend fixing is the citations. After stating facts, you need to immediately cite them. Opinions and analysis do not get cited, and they should not be in Wikipedia. Wikipedia articles should be more of a concise summary of the facts. Ex: “…implemented in July 2017. (source).” “China is currently the largest emitter. (source).” Also, the lead paragraph is too verbose, wordy. It should be concise and give an abstract of the rest of the article.

Also, I think the Chinese agreement was more about peaking their emissions, not necessarily reducing them. And these paragraphs need to be more concise. I would start this section with the second paragraph (China will implement this plan in 2017…), in accordance with their pledge to peak emissions by 20XX…

Under the Difficulties Section: Rephrase these first few sentences: To meet their goal, new legislation needs to be passed in China. "In general, there will also need to be an existent plan on reduction of greenhouse gas emissions to achieve their Paris Agreement." [3] This is an opinion, so it does not get cited.
