On 19 November 2021, it was proposed that this article be moved from American political conspiracy theories to Conspiracy theories in United States politics. The result of the discussion was moved.

Hey all, I'm new to editing wikipedia so I'm not sure of best practices/ how to phrase this.

To me, the Contributions section seems like original research to me- each source is citing something very narrow, and the author is synthesizing it all together.

I suggest that this section should be taken out, and that the article should focus on listing american conspiracy theories.
