I've suggested merging this from

Haven't checked that option, so I made some updates to the text here. On the part describing the EU-level and the Swedish part. Updates about the other countries would be useful. However, I couldn't reach the page where you can make simplified additions of links, so I wrote them out in the text. Someone with resources may want to help replacing the actual url:s with notes.
