Did he start in 1973?
When Ed Koch died February 1st, 2012, Eric Shawn mentioned during his obit he had been covering him for 39 years as part of his "City Hall Beat;" which, if you "do the math," would tend to indicate he started in journalism in 1973 at age 23, not 25. --Discpad (talk) 06:34, 27 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
