Addition of 'Former Head of the Poultry Science Department at the University of Maryland'

I was wondering whether this addition really improves this article. There are several examples of patterns of food restrictions and this one is from 1938...is it really relevant to give this extra details in 2012?DrChrissy (talk) 20:06, 1 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Not reprensative

Why did you choose a defect hen with a scissors beak to illustrate the article? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 87.91.51.235 (talk) 20:34, 20 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I have removed the picture of this healthy chicken because it is misleading. Force molted chickens loose most of their feathers and a lot of weight. Please find a picture of an actual force molted chicken. 89.200.15.148 (talk) 07:29, 12 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Very cruel

This forced starvation is very cruel, as fasting is not physiological in chicken. Please include the countries where it is forbidden. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 87.91.51.235 (talk) 20:35, 20 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
