Possible conflict of information

Could this be the same Judge Jacob Call? You can find this info on find a grave under Eastern State Hospital in Lexington KY.. it states the following and references a newspaper article on announcement of his death “From the Lexington, Ky., Gaz., April 21, On yesterday morning Judge Call was found dead in his room in the Lunatic Asylum, suspended by the neck to one of the iron sashes, by means of his handkerchief and suspenders. No suspicion had been entertained by the keepers of his having any intention of putting an end to his existence.” Source: Republican Star and General Advertiser, Easton, Maryland, 09 May 1826; Contributed by Pam Brinegar.
