Procedural comment. I have removed
WP:RM and (2) the requested target is the same as the current title. If the term is ambiguous, I suggest redirecting James A. Baker Sr. to James Addison Baker where both are listed rather than switching from one possible "senior" to another. Dekimasuよ! 19:42, 17 August 2018 (UTC)[reply

Portrait of (Judge) James A. Baker

I am only aware of one portrait of Baker, and I have seen it published by the TSHA article for Baker Botts: [1]. The photo credit is attributed to the Houston Chronicle, which was established in 1901, fourteen years after Baker's death. Even though old, this photo could be a non-free source.
