The page had been directing to "secular Jewsh culture," and this seems to me to have been a mistaken re-direct. "Jewish literature" is a term used to refer to both religious literature and secular literature. Certainly much of medieval poetry, for example, is "religious" rather than "secular." Having this page direct users to both secular and other literature would be better, though it seems fine if the page is developed to highlight secular forms of literature. Well, if anyone stumbles on over here, my vote goes for developing both the "secular" and "religious" aspects. A section on fiction written by and for orthodox/hasidic/haredi Jews is probably needed, too. - Lazer Stein (talk) 12:21, 11 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
