This article appears to have been written by the subject. A google search for jdf3524 shows that [email protected] is Josh Flagg's email address, and jdf3524 confirms that he is Edith Flagg's grandson on http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:ConcernedVancouverite/Archive_1#Flagg_conflict_of_interest.
