@Ankit.choudhury.23: Nice work on your draft. A few relatively small changes

• Only capitalize the first word of section headers. So "Jrk mutant phenotypes" rather than "Jrk Mutant Phenotypes"
• References go after punctuation, not before. You have a few of the wrong type
• In the

It's better to put this information into sentences rather that sentence fragments like this. The next best choice is to use bullet points.
