Starting cleanup

A couple of us started work on this biography today at the Wikipedia:Meetup/DC/Women_in_the_Arts2013 edit-a-thon. There is lots of material on her and the two different timelines (the book version one which I have in hard copy) will make it easier to verify some of the factoids and put them in correct order.
