The ULEZ section is fairly big, and there is more content which could go in there - I think it's more than big enough to justify its own article, especially considering it also has a section in
The Wikipedia article cuts off at 2012 and misinforms the reader "this trend towards slower traffic movement has ceased and traffic speeds have remained more stable". This is not the case. Speeds are going down year-over-year and delays are going up. Except for 2003-2006 and 2012, congestion has gone up year-over-year since the introduction of the congestion charge.
