Bette Davis and Oscar revocation

User BrillLyle added that Bette Davis ended up revoking the claim of having coined the name Oscar for the Academy Award. The citation for that statement is a book that looks to be Davis' biography, but it doesn't mention any page number, chapter or quote referencing this statement.
