Cleanup
The body of the article except the trial needs to be expanded and to conform to Wikipedia's standards. The article also needs at least one good photo (can we get an official government photo or portrait? I just gave a rushed look and found nothing). Minutiaman 06:36, 10 August 2006 (UTC)

NRA 2018 rating
The article previously said that Espy received a 0% rating from the NRA in 2018. This came from votesmart.org. However, according to this page votesmart takes its ratings for the NRA from the NRA PVF site and this site indicates that Espy is not rated (you need to enter an address in Mississippi to see the ratings -- you can use 400 High Street, Jackson, MI, 39201). I replaced the 0% sentence with a statement that the NRA has endorsed his opponent but hasn't said what they think of him on an absolute scale. --Inhumandecency (talk) 17:20, 19 November 2018 (UTC)
The Clinton Administration forced him out
It's in this interesting Washington Post article which reported his resignation in 1994.[1] The final straw was the Tyson Foods scholarship. I find it to be no wonder why he was willing to praise local Republicans Haley Barbour and Thad Cochran.68.47.64.121 (talk) 02:14, 28 November 2018 (UTC)
