I have added {{Unreferenced}}, {{COI}}, {{Orphan}} and {{Sections}} to the article for the following reasons:

1. "Unsourced": No references of any kind are provided to support any of the text so no way to verify anything written per
   WP:UNSOURCED

2. "COI": Article was created here by
   WP:LIMITED
   applies here but not sure. Regardless there is the username "CityRealtyNYC" does suggest a possible COI in my opinion.
3. "Orphan": Only incoming links are from the disambigation page
   WP:O#Criteria
4. "Sections": Article is written as one long stream of text so not sure where the lead begins or ends per
   stub
   .

FWIW, I'm not just "hit and run" templating. I will try and find some sources and a way to de-orphan the article, but the possible copyright violation and the possible COI editing referred to in Talk:Millennium Tower (New York City)#Possible copy-paste and possible COI are things that should be resolved first in my opinion. - Marchjuly (talk) 02:57, 5 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
