At least parts of this article fail to meet standards of neutrality of viewpoint. First of all, the controversial part on Mustafa's relative, Marwan Barghouti, doesn't belong here - if anything it belongs into an article on Marwan, which could be linked. Stating - in an article on Mustafa - that Marwan Barghouti was "illegally arrested" by Israel portrays one viewpoint only and is an incomplete statement. The article neglects to mention that Marwan Barghouti was tried and sentenced by an Israeli court for involvement in terrorist attacks. By contrast, a separate article on Marwan Barghouti at least also cites to the charges brought by the Israeli authorities. It doesn't matter which viewpoint is correct; however, if viewpoints are presented it should be done in a balanced way, which is not the case here. Again, I think the part on Marwan should be omitted in the article on Mustafa. The article also makes a claim that Mustafa suffered injuries while in Israeli custody that were inflicted on him by Israeli security services. Given the gravity of the accusation, it requires a citation to a source. It may also require the presentation of sources attempting to rebut the claim or present a different viewpoint - if such sources exist. Generally, the article strikes me as selective on sourcing, and the references cited include only either Palestinian or Arab sources plus an interview in the New Left Review. It's certainly appropriate to cite to these sources but given how disputed all facts involving anything or anyone in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict are, the credibility of the article suffers from what appears to be the presentation of one viewpoint only. To repeat it once again, I am not advocating ANOTHER viewpoint on Mustafa Barghouti, but to the extent there are controversial claims, they should be presented in a balanced fashion. strict transliteration

The article gives in parentheses a "strict transliteration" of his name as "Muṣṭafā al-Barġūṯī". What does "strict" mean here? I assume something like "strictly following one of the Arabic transliteration methods", but there are a lot of methods, so it should at least specify which method this transliteration strictly follows. --Delirium (talk) 20:38, 29 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

What makes the Lawrence of Cyberia blog a

Thanks for the vigilance. But I think there are a few points to make for this source. 1. Wikipedia Guidelines do not require non-neutral sourcing at all times, as is the case with this site. However, more importantly, it is a Bio page from a recognized organization (its bias does not matter her) that simply lists details about a member and person heavily involved in their movement.DaltonCastle (talk) 00:00, 9 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
What makes this blog a

Diane Mason isn't a recognized organization, she's a blogger. Use of the source appears to be inconsistent with
WP:BLPSPS. It should be removed/replaced. Sean.hoyland - talk 05:21, 9 October 2013 (UTC)[reply

B - it has some valuable information but (as I explained in my remarks in the discussion page) it unbalanced viewpoint statements and selective citations to sources. Freshi 20:07, 15 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
