I read in a newspaper magazine in 2006 which featured an interview with Stefan, and apparently he doesn't know his own date of birth. He estimated his own age at the time to be around sixty. --LoofNeZorf (talk) 13:43, 5 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Look at

WP:BIO. Employing 500 people and appearing on commercials for his own products do not guarantee notability. However, if he really was a finalist in the 2004 Australian of the Year award, that does help, and should be cited. The owner of a landmark doesn't guarantee notability either. It's not proposed for deletion in either case. There is an interesting bio at [3] which is obviously c&p'd from somewhere else, but I can't find the original. I'd rather not use this link as a reference...
