Query
Perhaps Wally visited many schools to give coaching time to the team footballers at those schools. This is something of an unknown, but he did visit what was then known as Cormont Road Seconday School in Lambeth,London. (the school was opposite Myatts Fields) to show us boys where to place the ball when scoring. The idea was to hit the four corners marked out on a high brick wall which contained a painted goal, the wall was at the back of the school playground separating the school from the properties around. I remember his visit, but not the date although it would have been 1953 to 1955.
Perhaps others remember this. (Originally posted to article on 01:02, 18 April 2011 by User:92.21.167.218) Daemonic Kangaroo (talk) 05:04, 18 April 2011 (UTC)
