(Neo) Geegus and (Neo) Dio

In World Heroes, the boss' name is just "Geegus". It was in World Heroes 2 that it was changed to "Neo Geegus". I don't know if they are supposed to be the same person with upgrades, or a different alien from the same race. The new name seems to be a play on the system's name "Neo Geo".

The same goes for Dio. In World Heroes 2 he is just "Dio", and later gets renamed to "Neo Dio".

Article

It's messy, and does a poor job of giving information on each of the very different titles that are in the World Heroes series. I'll do what I can to clean it up soon. User:Shin_Kairi

  • Hey Shin, I already started on an article for the World Heroes Anthology game. I can't continue it, because gathering acceptable info on it is not easy at all. But I hope that you and others will continue it for me. (LonerXL (talk) 07:28, 27 July 2008 (UTC))[reply]

Article(s)?

Just putting it out there, is it really necessary to have an article for Perfect and 2 Jet? Much of the content in those is taken verbatim from this article and, as good as they are (especially Perfect), they don't seem notable enough to have separate articles.

If someone can prove me wrong, I'd welcome it. Mr. Christian (talk) 19:41, 6 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Well, yes they do. They both need better show and elaboration, because both games came out when the arcades died. The series started losing popularity around that time, and along with that. Perfect never came to america until now. Jet wasn't really seen anywhere, and most players didn't even know that Perfect was even made. It never left Japan.(LonerXL (talk) 03:00, 26 August 2008 (UTC))[reply]

I rewrote the articles for both titles you two mentioned, as well as the series article. I also created articles for the first two titles of the series. Feel free to expand "Plot" and "Reception" sections and add enough reliable citations to them. GameFAQs links aren't reliable enough. Parrothead1983 (talk) 05:35, 14 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
