Italian template

I have listed "Ossezia del Nord" in the template because I have seen that the English version of the template lists it among the autonomies. I think it is not wrong its location in the template, because Northern Ossetia is an autonomous republic within the Russian Federation: if you see, there are also other territories that are part of a state, but may have some difference from the national registration plate. Lulo.it (talk) 19:21, 19 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Ok, maybe you are right. I will remove it from the template . Lulo.it (talk) 08:18, 20 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I see a lot of information in infobox are correct. If some of them are false, you can correct, but deleting of infobox is not good way. Infobox is usefull for readers. Leszek Jańczuk (talk) 11:32, 13 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Perhaps it was written by Russians. Yes, major part of Kazachstan belongs to Siberia, but it is enough. Can you actualize infobox? Perhaps the good way is to insert {{}} with "expert" - it could be better - inside and explain on the talk page what kind of information are not correct. Leszek Jańczuk (talk) 12:40, 13 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Silesia has specific regional character, and after encoming to EU differences between Silesia and rest of Poland grow up. Also other regions are more aware of its own specific character. Do you think I do not support membership in EU? I want even "euro" instead of "złoty". I support regionalization. It is better if article has infobox, but if it is impossible to update data of infobox... I suggest you are correct. Sorry for this event. With regards. Leszek Jańczuk (talk) 13:21, 13 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
In that case I am not sure. In publications of PWN I found: "SIberia is asiatic part of Russia". The same yoy can find here Britannica. Leszek Jańczuk (talk) 15:01, 20 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

New Grandan flags

According to the Spanish article the first flag was the one consisting of horizontal stripes, and the nested rectangles flag was the second. In

this article the situation is opposite. Who's wrong? Hellerick (talk) 13:01, 10 March 2009 (UTC)[reply
]

Hi Hellerick. The inconsistency was corrected by Shadowfox in the Spanish article on March 23. The article now describes the nestled-rectangles flag as the first and the horizontal tricolor as the second. Nevertheless, I double-checked and from the Flags of the World Colombia page I was able to trace their sources. Their links are dead now, but I found the new URLs and put them as references in the English-language article. It's interesting note that the first of these flags is shared by two entities, first the independent state of Cartagena and then provisionally by the United Provinces, which Cartagena joined and supported, but I'm assuming that Cartagena also continued to use it. I'm not sure what sources the Colombian Presidency site is using to get their dates, since they are slightly different from the Spanish-language article and from the ones recorded in the Flags of the World page. Hey Arnold Charcters

Why did you undo my edit about Oscar? Emperor001 (talk) 04:41, 2 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I can't remember the name, but it was the episode where Oskar (I know I misspelled it earlier) had to take care care of baby Oskar (or Oscar?). He knocked a woman down on the street, and the same woman said that she was knocked down by "a Czechoslovakian man." Granted she probably labeled him as such because of his accent and appearance. This is also why I said "implies", because she doesn't know him, and therefore couldn't make a totaly accurate rendering, but if the producer's statement confirms the woman's, we can change it from Eastern European to Czechoslovakian. Native Russian speakers

Since native speakers are unable to provide reliable information on the phonetic particularities of vowels or consonants in their own language, sources are used to find out those sorts of details. If you'd like to discuss the issue of whether dental consonants are phonetically hard or soft before soft labial consonants, there's a related conversation already present at

Invitation to discuss on Wikipedia:Naming conventions (Cyrillic)

Hello! As there is already an only proposed Wikipedia guideline on naming conventions (Cyrillic). The proposal is still in development, under discussion and needs of gathering consensus for adoption. Since I am well experienced on this subject, I would like to criticize the official transliteration of Bulgarian as it gives too many errors, which also causes some losses of sounds “ǎ (a hacek”), decentralise itself from other slavic languages (“c” and “š” voices), which is also conflicting in itself (see street signs 1 and 2). By this revision, it is away from being accurate and not able to satisfy the needs of an encyclopedia which claims to be scientifical. These are the reasons I invite you to read Scientific transliteration of Cyrillic and involve the discussion in order to contribute a possible concensus. Wish to see you here thanks Manaviko (talk) 13:28, 5 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hi

Since you do a good job on Malaysia locator map. I would like to ask you a favor to create a district-level map for Malaysia like File:China Prefectural-level.png. I had do the map which is File:West Malaysia location map district.png and File:East Malaysia location map district.png before but the cons are the border are thicker. (and not clear as I refer the boundary fron [this picture] and [1]) All in all, I hope you can create the file and there will be easier to do for Wikipedians, Regards. angys (Talk Talk) 09:54, 19 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

@*angys*:, could you provide a reliable source for the boundaries of Sarawak districts? All maps I can find seem contradicting each other. Hellerick (talk) 05:49, 21 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Actually some of the Sarawak's district has been seperated to 2 or 3 new district under the new Sarawak Corridor of Renewable Energy (SCORE). As now, Sarawak had established 9 new district including new Serian division but the Internet seems no new district map for Sarawak but SARAWAK ELECTION MAP got. So in my opinion, the Sarawak one maybe just use the older one but including Serian Division because now Wiki already have the up-to-date Division maps, regards.

angys (Talk Talk) 06:39, 21 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

@*angys*: Here is what I made so far:

If you think some boundaries are wrong, please give me a map where they are shown correctly. Hellerick (talk) 17:35, 22 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I think OK, but for Sabah's Putatan-Penampang border needs adjust as Putatan are too small. The map can be seen here. For Sarawak as now I didn't have source for the newest district ex. Kapit. The district border for Sarawak not fully draw as Samarahan district have

Asajaya, you can get the boundary from [1]
(PDF flie) pg.387. For West Malaysia I think no problem but actually Perlis didn't have district so I think the boundary can remove it.

And one thing, can you merge those map into Malaysia. Thank you. angys (Talk Talk) 18:03, 22 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

@*angys*: A new version:

Hellerick (talk) 16:42, 23 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

?? At this time I didn't see West and East Malaysia map has new upload.. and you forget to add the boundary for Bukit Mabong

Serian-Kuching border need adjust Serian Division Map upper=Serian district, bottom=Tebedu district Kuching Border MPP+MBKS+DBKU=Kuchibg District.

The Mukah-Sarikei northern border need to be thicker.

The Betong Division now have 4 district (+Kabong and Pusa)

Unfortunately only Miri Division I can't find their new district file. I hope you can add those info into the maps and thank you. Happy Christmas. angys (Talk Talk) 18:12, 23 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

@*angys*:I don't forget anything, it's just too often I don't understand you, and what the Malay maps are supposed to show.

Here are the udpated files:

If you don't see any difference from the previous versions, it's probably because you have to refresh the cache of your browser (ctrl+shift+R or something like that). Hellerick (talk) 16:35, 25 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Ok, I think for now the maps are perfect. Thank you for your contributions..

I find a mistake that Kuala Terengganu Map was incorrect. You can refer this. angys (Talk Talk) 17:28, 25 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Changed the border. Hellerick (talk) 15:34, 27 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, this time I want to ask you a favor to update district border for East Malaysia that last time was no boundary data for some new district and they had update it. The Northern Sarawak and Sandakan Division have new district (Telupid District) need to be adding into the map, thank you angys (Talk Talk) 14:42, 27 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Added a border. Hellerick (talk) 13:58, 30 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Tq, but the Miri Division's (below Brunei) boundary arent update yet. angys (Talk Talk) 15:13, 12 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Updated. What about now? Hellerick (talk) 06:02, 13 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
I think for now no boundary changes but I noticed that Selangor's Sepang District and Hulu Langat District should have boundary and not connected. angys (Talk Talk) 14:31, 18 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
