In the article Setiadi Reksoprodjo it states:

"On 3 July 1947, Amir Sjarifuddin, the new prime minister of Indonesia, announced his first cabinet. "Sjarifuddin" is very similar to "Sjahbuddin" and this causes confusion. Now I am not familiar with Indonesian naming conventions, but if Amir Sjarifuddin is abbreviated to Sjarifuddin, why is not Sjahbuddin Latief abbreviated to Latief? Cwmhiraeth (talk) 07:20, 23 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
