When I saw that there was no Page for Minsk today, I decided to make one. As I was nervously setting about making one, the phone rang and I was called away on an emergency. When I finally settled down to write one today, I found one was now there- created by another DRAGON ! Well done, it is clearly Notable now as it probably ceases to exist, ironically.
