The definition you are referencing, which I assume you got from researchgate.net (the first definition appearing on Google search), is no dictionary definition. It's a definition some person proposed in an academic paper. Per Collins Dictionary, "discourse is spoken or written communication between people, especially serious discussion of a particular subject", which would very much apply here in my opinion. I don't think I need to define "public" for you. If you disagree that "public discourse" is not an appropriate alternative, please either change the phrase as you see fit or put the word in quotes. I updated the wikipedia page on Western Marine Shipyard in order to explain how it is one of the top loan defaulters of Bangladesh, how it is financially bankrupt, how the company's assets have been seized due to the financial scandals, and so on. I explained everything after making the changes. However, you undid everything, and it appears that you are working as some sort of an agent for Western Marine Shipyard in order to hide their financial scandals and mismanagement. Please undo that you did, and make sure that my updates are visible. You lied to me when you stated that I didn't explain why I made the changes, even though I did.
