Someone felt that the subject wasn't independently notable, and redirected it, but as far as I can see that was not discussed so you could revert that redirection and reinstate the article to work on it. What we don't need is a second article at an inappropriate title (there should not be a space before the word 'comics' in the parentheses). That's why the page is created to avoid redirection to Raj Comics page but getting a separate page for the character. This character needs a page and there are enough external links to support the article.
