CommandRam is a SPA whose sole purpose is to add External links to "CC" videos. Example. These videos are low-quality mash-ups of original PD movies (if the originals are always PD is questionable). Repeated requests for CommanderRam to explain why they think these videos are a good idea for Wikipedia have gone ignored. Attempts to remove the links are met with edit wars and reverts across multiple articles by multiple users - it is not possible to remove them, nor discuss with the reverter. Presumably someone with this level of interest and intent is the creator of the videos. -- GreenC 03:49, 1 November 2019 (UTC)

According to the COIBot report and the users' and IP's SPA history, this looks like a systematic spam campaign. Considering the massive misuse to promote this unreliable PR source and its customers (the adulating "biographies" have clearly been written on behalf of their topics), I would recommend an immediate blacklisting. It's been over 10 years since the user was active, but their contribution was predominantly "minor edits" consisting of inserting american-rails.com external links or citations. The site is still live. It's a personal website of some guy that likes trains, which don't meet our requirements for external links or sources anyways. It's in too many places to remove manually (100+). I believe the user who did it is the webmaster. Graywalls (talk) 05:50, 6 November 2019 (UTC)

Website that I've seen added as an in-text external link by a couple of different editors, looks like sneaky promotion to me - particularly since a couple of the places it was linked from had nothing to do with real estate.
