The linked phrases (i.e. "Click here" in the first userbox and "request" in the second one) get linked to the page creating a new section in the user's talk page when placed on the user page or their talk page. What makes the second userbox distinct is the fact that when "request" is clicked, the title is pre-loaded as "Userbox Request".
