The seven standards of the bey.

The Bache-Allam stood in the center, carrying the large standard of embroidered green silk, on which was embroidered this sentence: نَصْرٌ مِّن اللَّهِ وَفَتْحٌ قَرِيبٌ (With the help of God the conquest is near). This flag was bordered with gold and silver fringes and topped with a silver globe. On each side marched the three other flags without inscription, generally composed of three vertical bands red, yellow, red.
