Progoitrin is a biochemical from the
thyroid hormone
production.
Progoitrin has been isolated in cabbage, brussels sprouts, kale, peanuts, mustard, rutabaga, kohlrabi, spinach, cauliflower, horseradish, and rapeseed oil.[1]
