Siwan is an

community development block including Siwan Municipal Council; Lakri, Pakri, Aurae, Lakri Dargah, Kailgarh Uttar, Kailgarh Dakhin, Sunderpur and Hathigai gram panchayats of Barharia CD Block.[3]
