Oppose: The topic here is a specific event that needs dating and which has had various announced names, include blockade, total blockage, siege and total siege. It differs significantly from the long-term blockade, extending not least as it does to the cutting off of electricity, water and other essentials that it is the legal responsibility of the Israeli state to provide to the occupied territories. It is a specific, notable war crime.
