Combining Otan with Nur-Otan

I am thinking that the Otan and Nur-Otan pages should be combined. A lot of the information on the two is similar. Also, it is basically the same party (only now being larger and more inclusive of different pro-presidential groups). The article could be reorganized, with a section for the “Otan” period (including its formation and early history), a section on the merges with Asar and other parties, and finally a section for current happenings under the name “Nur-Otan”. I am really interested in getting this article more organized, but before any changes, I would like to know what others think.

Correct name of the Party

In English it should be written as People's Democratic Party "Nur Otan", not National! — Preceding unsigned comment added by 212.154.171.243 (talk) 04:32, 14 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
