Hello all . I am new to this group I have long had an interest in geology and grew up in central Oregon so naturally my favored formations are lava. I have set up a my space site to display pictures of lava formations particularly fan structures. http://www.myspace.com/dansolitz

So if you all are so inclined to send me your pics of fan structures or dramatic lava flows I will post them with full attribution if you wish. There are two That I would like pictures of. One is on highway 35 just north of the latest land slide off MT Hood in Oregon The other is at the top of a mountain in the middle of the Island of Lesvos off the coast of Turkey. If you know the location of any other fan structures e- mail me at [email protected] I will post those locations in my blog Thank You for your consideration
