The page move was as a result of a conversation that I started on the season 1 page regarding the name of that article. I think that the Series overview section should be changed to the

I'm gonna oppose this move for now. It's my understanding that the official name of the program is called Big Brother Canada (which can even be seen from the title card ([1])). The American and British versions are only called Big Brother (Title card for U.S.: [2]) so that's why disambiguation is used there and not here. TheDoctorWho (talk) 00:44, 7 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I'm gonna also oppose this for now as there is an existing precedent to follow the guidelines of
WP:NCTV which was established through a series of moves over the course of a year. The proper name of this edition is Big Brother Canada and the articles should be labeled as such which renders the disambiguators "(Canadian TV series)" and "(Canadian season)" unnecessary. Also the Canadian version has never emphasized numbers in the same manner as the American series has which is why the disambiguator "(season #)" is used. If the Canadian series begins to use numbers like the American version used to (i.e. including the # in the logo) then the first seven can be retroactively moved to match the new naming precedent if that were ever to occur.
