Should we count the Ford County case in the state total?
According to the KDHE daily report: http://www.kdheks.gov/coronavirus/publicupdate/COVID-19_March_17_2020.pdf
The case in Ford County and apparently Miami County are from Oregon and Missouri respectively. As such, they aren't counted as the total for the state, since they aren't residents of the state.
Should we include these numbers for the state total? Should we mark the county on the map? Should we use a different color and label on the map? Aneises (talk) 20:18, 17 March 2020 (UTC)
Considering the difficulty of finding reliable sources for these cases I would think that managing to count all of these cases would be near impossible and we shouldn't try. I think we should try to stay with the state's number but notate that the number may be inaccurate because the state doesn't count out of state residents in its own number. I couldn't find anything similar on any other state covid-19 pages to reference for what to do with the situation.Military Peanuts (talk) 15:16 3/18/2020
To my knowledge the count for number of cases in the state should be 24 total, 22 if non-residents aren't included. Changes need to be made to the map (to include Leavenworth county) and number of confirmed cases under it. Not planning on doing it myself until I hear back on how exactly we're counting cases and mapping non-resident cases.Military Peanuts (Talk) 19:31 3/18/2020 (UTC)

Deaths by County
Anyone have any insight as to why the Kansas Department of Health and Environment is only displaying the statewide total number of deaths and not the deaths by county data?

New county table template
You killed my project with your template. I was trying to track and include any differences in the individual county reporting vs the state reporting, and especially, to track numbers of recovered where I could. Moving the table to its own template makes some sense, but you deleted a lot of information. What about adding back my presumptive and recoveries columns? — Preceding
