I replaced Category:American lawyers with Category:American legal academics because the article mentions him teaching, but doesn't talk about him acting as a practicing attorney. If the article is later expanded to mention him actively practicing on behalf of a client at some point (as opposed to teaching or clerking), then go ahead and place it in either the approriate category of Category:American lawyers by state or Category:American federal lawyers if he practiced as a lawyer at the federal level.Dugwiki 17:10, 23 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
