Seems to be missing a lot of things including characterizations as ethnic cleansing, the massacres that accompanied the "depopulation", and how Jewish National Fund planted forests on areas surrounding several destroyed Palestinian villages. Makeandtoss (talk) 10:46, 25 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Antisemitic link?

The link to palestine remembered's site has antisemitic propoganda on its front page, is there a reason it's linked? 2A0D:6FC7:55C:60FD:378:5634:1232:5476 (talk) 05:56, 31 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Misleading title=

Surely 'Forced displacement' would be more accurate? Ériugena (talk) 10:45, 9 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Technically, displacement is what happens to people but depopulation is what happens to places. Anyway, even though "forced displacement" is the background in the great majority of cases, using it in the title would open individual places to argument about whether they belong. I think it is more useful to list all the cases of displacement here and leave the details for the respective articles. Zerotalk 11:56, 9 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

what's about jewish villages ?

to be neutral this article should also mark the jewish villages depopulated during the war Anticonstitutionnelist (talk) 20:32, 18 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Cities?

Jaffa and Haifa were cities for example, should the title reflect that? Makeandtoss (talk) 08:47, 5 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
