Malaria and Greece

The article concludes the section about his input on the operations in Greece with "The campaign plan was altered to position allied forces further south". But the significance of that is not explained. Further south where? And what did that matter? Was it the terrain? The climate? Could someone with access to the printed source elaborate on this point? Strikehold (talk) 02:12, 26 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

  • I have changed it to read: "The campaign plan was altered to position allied forces further south, away from the plains of Macedonia and the Vardar and Struma River basins, where malaria was hyper-endemic and heavy casualties had been suffered from malaria by British troops in the First World War." Spelling

Shouldn't the Commonwealth English spellings

sulphonamide, sulphonamides and sulphuraguanidine be used rather than the American English sulfonamide, sulfonamides, sulfaguanidine/sulfaguanadine? (note the variable spelling in the text as it stands of that last one). 86.134.25.170 (talk) 09:15, 15 July 2011 (UTC)[reply

Malaria research in Australia

Hawkeye7, if you need any help from a medical editor in working in this new source, Ajpolino would be a good one to ask. Bst, SandyGeorgia (Talk) 20:31, 19 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
