Oppose - Both the newscaster and the baseball player are very high-profile. I think current page views and Google hits can be deceptive when comparing an "active" celebrity who is currently in the news with someone whose coverage prime was 50-60 years ago. Robin Roberts the pitcher was a very high-profile athlete in America in the pre-Internet/limited TV 50s and 60s (and has lasting importance as a member of the baseball Hall of Fame). It feels appropriate that both articles have a DAB and that Robin Roberts is a DAB page. Rikster2 (talk) 13:56, 25 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Oppose the Baseball Hall of Famer is probably more prominent in the long-run (although it looks like the newscaster is also in the Women's Basketball Hall of Fame), so if a primary is chosen for this name the ballplayer would be it in terms of interest-longevity.
