Any sort of template like this needs to be a lot more broader than this or it's not going to be useful to anyone. The best examples of "Culture of [country]" templates are a lot broader, allowing them to actually achieve their goal of easy navigation. Take a look at some of the templates I've added here, which I think are some good examples of this type of template done well.
