Mind explaining why you've begun placing this template on published articles when it you haven't even finished it yet? –MJLTalk 21:33, 16 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Maybe we should create a separate page called "Ancient Arameans". The Arameans are recognized as people by the Israeli government. Please see https://m.knesset.gov.il/EN/activity/mmm/Arameans_in_the_Middle_%20East_and_%20Israel.pdf Aram-Israel (talk) 04:09, 21 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm Materialscientist. I wanted to let you know that I reverted one of your recent contributions —specifically this edit to Bishara (singer)—because it did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you have any questions, you can ask for assistance at the Help desk. Thanks. Materialscientist (talk) 09:41, 20 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on

section C1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the category has been empty for seven days or more and is not a disambiguation category, a category redirect, a featured topics category, under discussion at Categories for discussion
, or a project category that by its nature may become empty on occasion.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Bishara Morad

I just switched the article back to a redirect, as it clearly refers to the same person as Bishara (singer), and the content is identical save for a single category. If you believe the category should be Category:Swedish people of Aramean descent (which currently doesn't exist) instead of Category:Swedish people of Assyrian/Syriac descent, that's a matter for the article talk page. Vahurzpu (talk) 14:12, 20 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Having "Bishara (singer)" as the standard URL is wrong when it should be just "Bishara Morad"? I've tried to move the whole article to that Redirect, but maybe I did something wrong in the process? Aram-Israel (talk) 03:35, 21 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop attacking other editors, as you did on Talk:Shadi Khalloul. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. Comment on content, not on other contributors or people. stwalkerster (talk) 03:04, 21 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

False statements by Mugsalot. He is the one that is vandalizing content by removing valid sources. Talk:Shadi Khalloul It has important significance, please see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gabriel_Naddaf. I'm just creating the page that is missing in the article. A tag has been placed on Shadi Khalloul requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a real person or group of people that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Arameans in Israel; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Points to note:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. Elizium23 (talk) 00:22, 22 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
