This appears to be his 3rd incident over five days, first with Peter Navarro, then Mitch McConnell as you have documented, and now on another page he is editing. Did you see this on his Talk page? The editor EdJF removed RS content about how Esper directed overseas military commanders not to make any decisions to protect their troops without giving advance notice and receiving approval from the White House, with the goal of not contradicting messaging from the President. Improving the General Dynamics Wikipedia article

WP:Virginia and like military topics. I'm currently working on the General Dynamics Wikipedia article, there is room for improvement on a few sections. I have a COI with General Dynamics, so I will not edit the article myself but will present conceptual improvements on the talk page. You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Patrick Mahomes. This means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be although other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.
