Hello Rsjaffe, Thank you for your submission. However, the Wikipedia page Ifeoma Okafor-Obi is not a paid editing and there is no financial contract with the owner of the page, neither are they aware that such page are being created one their behalf. The page is about a biography of a prominent humanitarian who have impacted her community and applied human capital development in my region. She is a prominent person and to my best of knowledge, matches the Wikipedia list of prominent people. In the page also, most of the citation used are from secondary independent sources, including online news publications.
