Your expertise?
Hi Lfstevens apologies for reaching out here. I'm a researcher studying & starting to contribute to WikiMed. I'm particularly interested in the work on the [Burden of Disease Study]. noticed you've contributed to the section "Results" - can I email you a few questions on that or post them here?
Thanks for considering! --Whiskiz (talk) 10:30, 16 April 2021 (UTC)
- Flattered that you ask. I have 0 medical expertise. I copyedit and add reliably sourced facts that interest me. 19:23, 16 April 2021 (UTC)

Missing cites in Empowerment evaluation
The article has quite a few errors in citations, most seem to be originating from your edits back in 2013. The article uses the following short cites, but there is no corresponding source is listed in the bibliography:
- Fetterman 2005, pp. 98-107 and Fetterman 2005, pp. 107-121. --> a typo in year? (err in orig. fixed)
- Fetterman 2001, p. 113. --> a typo in year? (err in orig. Is it 2001a or 2001b? not fixed.)
- Wandersman et al. 2000 (didn't see a 2000. there was a 2004/2005 mismatch. fixed.)
- Imm, Chinman & Wandersman 2006 (err in orig. no fix.)
- Fisher et al. 2006. (ditto)
- Sabo 2001. (ditto)
- Miller & Campbell 2006. (fixed)
- Smith 2007 (Fixed)
Can you please add? Also, suggest installing a script to highlight such errors in the future. All you need to do is copy and paste importScript('User:Svick/HarvErrors.js'); // Backlink: [[User:Svick/HarvErrors.js]]
to your common.js page. Thanks, Renata (talk) 02:01, 18 May 2021 (UTC)

References inadvertently mangled
This edit mangles the references in the lead section of the article. I suspect whatever tool you were using doesn't always work properly. I've cleaned this up, but not checked your other contribs. 81.187.27.126 (talk) 21:38, 20 June 2021 (UTC)
- Sorry for the trouble and thanks for noticing. In future, if I break something, LMK and I'll happily fix it. No need to trouble yourself.
We seem to be copyediting the same article
Hey Lfstevens, it seems we're both working on List of fictional presidents of the United States (K–M). Seeing as you started copyediting before I did, could I just take credit for §L and let you do the rest? —Tenryuu 🐲 ( 💬 • 📝 ) 20:29, 5 July 2021 (UTC)
- As you like. Happy to retire and let you have it.
- Understood; I'll finish it up. If you could remove the {{cleanup tense}} template on other articles before starting so that it's removed from the backlog I think we can avoid future mixups. Feel free to claim credit for §K.

Number of articles for July GOCE copy editing drive
On the July 2021 GOCE copy editing drive page you have 11 articles listed in your detailed entry but have claimed 33 on the leaderboard. In the past you have done quite a bit of off-the-books copy editing. What is the situation here? What should the score be? Dhtwiki (talk) 04:42, 4 August 2021 (UTC)
- Wow. I must have been really tired when I did that update. My number is of course 11. I also did several hundred shorties, but I don't count them. Lfstevens (talk) 07:39, 5 August 2021 (UTC)
Small Modular Reactors
Hi I was wondering if you could help me remove the template message on Small modular reactors. I am new to Wikipedia and want to improve the page on SMRs. I was wondering if you could help me figure out what needs to be done in a specific section of the lead article and how the template message can be removed.

Hi there, just wondering - what's the point of all the non-breaking spaces? --Elmidae (talk · contribs) 18:37, 24 August 2021 (UTC)
- Used a utility to clean up references. It put them in. I don't know why and it makes no sense. Sorry.

Uyghur genocide
Just FYI there are discretionary sanctions on the Uyghur genocide so I would resist reverting if I were you. I would also go back and take a look at your edits, its pretty sloppy work... You appear to have search-replaced detainees with internees including in a quote among other things. Horse Eye's Back (talk) 04:58, 22 September 2021 (UTC)
You should also stop referring to edits like the above and [1][2][3][4][5][6][7] as copy edits (ce) in edit summaries as these edits go way far beyond copy edits. Those are serious and major edits to those articles. In some cases they’re basically cleanup level re-writes. You can’t call that ce anymore. Horse Eye's Back (talk) 05:08, 22 September 2021 (UTC)
- Thanks for the feedback. I have actually never done an actual revert in >10 years.
- You did an “actual revert” yesterday [8] (or today depending on where you live). Congratulations. Horse Eye's Back (talk) 23:31, 22 September 2021 (UTC)
- By "revert", I mean "clicked the revert button". Didn't do that.
- Thats not what we here on wikipedia mean by WP:REVERT. Horse Eye's Back (talk) 18:10, 27 September 2021 (UTC)]
