I am confused as to what you mean.

Wp:NPOL states "Politicians and judges who have held international, national, or (for countries with federal or similar systems of government) state/province–wide office, or have been members of legislative bodies at those levels." [are notable]. Hornok is a member of the Wyoming House of Representatives (a legislative body at the statewide level), and thus is notable. I have removed the notability issue tag from the article. First, I put a message on your commons talk page, because that is where this was happening. I don't think the edit description matters too much. At Mike Kirkland (politician), you wrote that his residence is Scottsboro, Alabama, citing this source. However, his bio there only lists Scottsboro as his district office, not his residence.
