Fair use or non free images can't be used in galleries, according to NFCC; this is why they were removed twice before being nominated for deletion. Copyright issues aren't the problem, but Wikipedia rules for non-free content. There is also no text commentary or references in the article to support the need for the use of the images. If you provide commentary and references, it may help prove the point that the images are needed in the article. As it is right now, there's no text or references to either of the images, which means they would be considered decorative.
