Caught by an open proxy block but this host or IP is not an open proxy. My IP address is 49.228.226.218. I didn't do anything wrong.

Decline reason:

We believe you, after all you've edited since 2014 without incident AFAIK. And since your account isn't blocked, you can edit from other IPs (indeed, you must have been able to, as the IP you give was blocked in early March so you must have been using some other IP for over two months. Maybe your ISP did something).

That makes this a procedural decline as I can't remove a block that doesn't exist. Now, yes, as noted the IP is blocked. But it's a lot easier to go to
