Salsa criolla (Creole salsa) is a type of
Argentinian cuisine.[3]
In Peru, salsa criolla is a cold sauce typically used to accompany
lime juice or vinegar and oil. Other ingredients can be cilantro, green bell pepper, parsley, garlic
