The Book of Mormon spindle reference

The spindle reference is not a divination by arrows. It isn’t relevant. It also isn’t a historical reference of real ancient practices. It is a religious text written by people in the United States in modern history and references an imagined religious past. Only if you are a believing Mormon, only by faith, would it be a respectable document on ancient practices.

The Qur’an was written at the time of divining arrows use. 5:30 and 5:90 both reference divining arrows. 2600:1008:B142:A956:983F:FF14:69C3:CE62 (talk) 15:30, 11 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Qur’an states belomancy is the work of the devil

(5:90) O you who believe! Intoxicants, gambling, idolatry, and divination are abominations of Satan’s doing. Avoid them, so that you may prosper. 24.125.123.99 (talk) 04:10, 6 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
